We believe that when we do something good for others, it has a positive effect both internally and externally. We get a good feeling - and sometimes even a feeling of pride - from having a positive influence in our community and in that which is a little further away. Setting a positive mark on the world helps to give a sense of influence and meaning.
We have since the beginning supported both large and small, good causes. At the time of writing, for example, we support the Youth Red Cross, the Danish Cancer Society, the Danish organization in support of brain health, UNICEF in support of women and their education, as well as The Denmark's Collection.
Diversity provides better ideas, and several studies have shown that it benefits the bottom line. We also see it as part of a good and dynamic work climate to have approaches that are based on different cultures, religions and genders.
All things count in the big picture, so turning off the light and the coffee machine after use is a natural thing for us. Computer equipment is switched off as much as possible.
