Practice makes perfect and got Carlsberg to quickly realize the extent of covid-19

"We prefer to brew beer, but we should be able to brew beer with one hand and do effective crisis management with the other hand. A kind of daily operation, just on steroids, if you like," says Søren Boy Lindholm, Head of Crisis Management at Carlsberg.

Be prepared for crises now and in the future

Crises are not just worldwide pandemics. It may also be production stoppages and other minor, but still important, events. And we still haven't seen the end of the Corona saga, so it's also important to be ready to handle any flare-up of the situation.

Practice good processes

Carlsberg also reported small and large crises before covid-19, allowing them to inform and act both centrally and decentrally more quickly.

In RMG C3, you can use event registrations to both log and follow up on large and small situations. With efficient case management and management reports.

Where are the main risks

One cannot predict the future, but it is important to consider – on an ongoing basis – where the biggest consequences potentially are in a crisis or situation combined with the scope of the risks.

With the RMG C3 module Risk Assessment, you get help to visualize the hazards of the different areas assessed by the responsible employees based on both consequence and risk. The system includes automatic to-dos for those responsible as well as follow-up reporting.
