Serves Broadly and Differently

Report ODIN reports to the Danish Emergency Management Agency and obtain a visual overview of your emergency response - with integration to your disposal system and the option of displaying on maps together with driving routes, street views, fire hydrant locations, and more.

We also help with software that lets you - together with eg municipalities - navigate a crisis as simply as possible with our crisis management tool. You can also get help with, for example, equipment and education administration, so that you can order the necessary equipment sizes in time and keep track of course participation.

Our system is of the SaaS type, which means that we are responsible for hosting and that you can choose exactly the modules that make sense to you.

Do you want to make data become alive? With Visualisation we supply you with both an overview as well as the possibility to zoom into details by using advanced filtering. Directly in RMG C3, dynamically updated.

‎Zoom in on the detail‎

‎With Visualisation, you can zoom in on the detail by easily selecting the alarms with the longest response times. This allows you to see the development at the same time as the distribution based on the wording and station of the first message. You can also select other elements, such as specific vehicles, to facilitate insight and thus identify future focus areas.‎

‎The graphs are displayed from your data in EmergencyResponseODIN (DK only) and are automatically displayed and updated inside C3.‎

Simple Crisis Management with Cross-functional Collaboration

When a crisis strikes, it is important to be ready with the right tools. We offer simple crisis management that provides a comprehensive overview and can be used for major and minor incidents. For reporting with a computer, smartphone or tablet - adapted to the individual device - with the possibility of intelligent two-way communication over several channels.

Quickly record events in one or more logs and automatically notify the right recipients. Use pre-configured checklists to ensure that the crew gets through the right tasks, with the option of ad hoc opt-ins and opt-outs of checks.

  • Collect the municipalities' logs and possibly combine with one or more internal logs.
  • Combine the contingency plans in one system with the possibility of individual contingency plans for the individual partner.
  • Implementation at the municipality or other partner takes place painlessly and requires no or minimal training, and by sharing across the board, the individual players gain a greater learning and experience.
  • Use the opportunity for automation so that, for example, the top management of partners is informed in a timely manner.
  • Role-based access allows for tiering of approaches, so e.g. some only have read access, while others can manage event types and/or predefined controls.

 

Integration with other Systems

We make a virtue out of being able to integrate as best as possible with other systems, such as:

  • On our station screens, volunteer firefighters can check-in via their pagers.
  • If relevant for you, we validate your ODIN reports and send them to the Danish Emergency Management Agency
  • Our GIS card can combine vehicle locations with fire hydrant locations, contingency plans, key boxes, rescue plans, and much more.
  • We can both send out communication and receive it in the system, such as emails, texts.
  • Through the system, you can receive and send information to other systems, eg in connection with reviewing equipment and alarms.

 

Combine Functionality based on Your Needs

Our system is of the type SaaS - Software as a Service, which means that we are responsible for the hosting and that you do not have to install specific software or be in charge of server administration. You can choose exactly the modules that make sense to you. Naturally, we help you get started with setup and implementation.

The reporting module uses integration with your management system, collects data, and makes it easy.

  • RMG C3 ODIN retrieves and validates data from the Danish Emergency Management Agency so that they are filled in automatically.
  • Click directly to the ODIN report for the individual alarm.
  • All information is stored in the RMG C3 and you can easily print a quality report for a given period.

GIS MAP

Predefined geocoded addresses provide quick access to defining areas and adding own data.

  • Relevant data layers can be selected for displaying e.g. asset rescue plans, contact lists, and other geographically relevant information.
  • Possibility of enrichment with own data, e.g. pinpointing the location of larger values, contingency plans, etc., all of which can be turned on or off in the view.

Asset Management

Here you get a dynamic module that follows your asset management and control needs.

All types of assets can be managed – e.g. people, cars, equipment, buildings, training, functions, etc. – but also connections between people and things, so the possibilities are many.

The module is set up with the desired asset types to achieve the optimal starting point for the forward management. Get an overview by registering and observing asset contexts, and receive automatic notifications when, for example, an employee is registered as a participant on a course.

Service Task

In RMG C3 you get easy registration and handling of both planned and ad hoc service tasks – including internal and external players.

The service tasks can be automatically associated with other systems with an open API structure.

It is possible to continue work on these tasks in RMG C3 as well as record missing action or schedule follow-ups.
